Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to inspect their condition, properties, and functioning.

Important Notice:
You must return the goods packaged as the seller and manufacturer packed them (on the small pallet. The external unit must be positioned upright, as indicated on the packaging). This protects the devices from mechanical damage in transit, prevents refrigerant leakage, and complies with environmental protection laws.

You bear the direct costs of shipping and return of the goods (freight). As these are bulky items, the costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately 200 EUR. Air conditioners and heat pumps must be placed upright on the pallet.

Special Notes

If you finance this contract through a loan and later withdraw, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement if both contracts form an economic unit. This is assumed, for example, if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender relies on our participation in financing. If the loan has already been transferred to us when the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender steps into our rights and obligations regarding the consequences of the withdrawal or return. This does not apply if the contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).

To avoid contractual obligations as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you have the right to do so.
